While this cover is technically sound I'm not sure I like it slightly sped up like this. It's like I'm racing to catch up with this song. You've done a great job ditching your accent, so kudos for that I guess. Though maybe it would have sounded nice with... I don't know. Interesting cover. Not everyone can sing like Billy, nor should they want to. Just remember that Billy himself thinks his voice is lacking. I really like your cover the music is tight, and I enjoy how you basically whisper the lyrics. A fine entry! Contest Entry - Neverlost (erenkoc) Part of what I love about the original is Billy's beautiful lyrics. The lyrics in this cover sound muddled and hard to decipher. I like the aquatic elements, thought a bit disjointed. The song wants to flow, but it doesn't flow together.
