No you don't have to like everything. I was just wondering. I wasn't trying to 'call you out' as some poser fan or something. I was asking a friendly question . I know it's hard to read the 'tone' of posts on here. I assure you I was not being mean spirited.

you can like as much or as little as you like. It just surprised me that you only liked 33% of MCIS and were on here so much.

parts of songs i hate, like the get on the bomb part, or the love is suicide part, and i dont like cupid itaos jellybelly wocoan tonight, tonight, 1979, bullet, take me down, tales of a scorched earth you know...

the other ones are great though

the ones off mellon collie that arent those those ones sucked ass, mellon collie could have easily been a single album

Mellon Collie is great, my favourite album by anyone - a masterpiece! It's 2 hours of brilliance and I would say the most varied SP album.

honestly, just listen to it more often...even the songs you dont like, give them a try......they'll grow on you

Mellon Collie's best taken in as a complete experience. I listened to it all the way through recently (which I hadn't done for a while) and it was quite rewarding.

those songs just grew off me, as my taste got more clear to me

I love Gish, but, is there even one mediiocre song on Siamese dream? Gish has a few not so great songs, like suffer, and window paine-I never got into these songs

today, quiet, disarm, rocket, spaceboy, and especially sweet sweet are mediocre songs on sd

you just gotta let gish play, just stop it before daydream comes on besides that one track its all good stuff

I think gish may not be mellon collie, or may not be Sgt. Pepper ... but still a great album, you just have to wait for the time you get in the vibe of each song, i hated window paine, i used to think it was too slow, and bizarre, some good day (or bad day) it just hit me, its like a revelation, you finally understand what is the fuc"#$ song is doing in the album, you cannot compare window paine to siva, or whatever single you like, but still , it's a great song, same case to many songs from many bands. there are some songs you can only understand when you are in the mood, and when they do, they rock!, just remember is the band first record, dont be so demanding, many bands today cant make half of that.

eesh. I have a friend who's like that—easy to please when it comes to music. It's kind of good in one respect, but that means he also likes putting on some really boring and stupid stuff.
