Smashing Pumpkins have always been abbrievated to either SP or TSP.
You've got to accept that fans of other bands will abbrievate them too, like Simple plan or The Sex Pistols. Just don't let it bother you  |

I now call oll those lame wannabe rock bands like simple plan, h.i.m, panic and my chemical romance "Pre teen girl bands" :P and I like it. The Bad thing is at my school all my friends like those bands and I just want to hit them when their saying things like "Omg, how goods the new my chem album!" Just makes me shudder, but theres a few pumpkins fans there at least.

I hate all of those except H.I.M, i dont mind them actualy, but not in the "oh my god, ville valio is so hot" sort of way, i find their material fairly interesting.

Same situation at my school.
By the way, has anyone listened to the new Bloc Party? I got an "advace copy" of their new album. It's excellent. I found it hard to get acclimated to Silent Alarm, but I fell in love with A Weekend in the City immediately.
