That's just a bad, BAD mixture of crack, being severely underweight, white eyeliner and makeup, and that ugly cowboy hat...and possibly a nose job by that point.

Haha, that isnt that bad of a picture, but yes, you wouldn't be able to tell it was him if you didnt know his face as well as most of us do. Im sure we all could find a worse pic of him!!! Im looking right now.....

i think that picture is just all make-up, sort of rebeling (spelling?) to the pressure i imagine people were putting on her to be "hot" (all the make-up she wore in publicity stuff)
