This was a promo given out to record stores that participated in a display contest.

The complete set consisted of:
o one Gish CD
o one Lull CD EP
o one "Siva" 12"
o one "I Am One" promo flexi 7"
o a t-shirt
o an autographed 8"x10" promo photograph
The box itself measures 10" square (the "Siva" 12" does not fit inside) and was hand-decorated by the band with colored glues and magic markers. The box run was limited to only 10, all of which were individually numbered.

Ive been on the lookout for this for years, ive not seen it anywhere.

Well, the info says there was only 10 of them, I would be surprised if there is still one complete.

I seem to remember seeing one of those go on ebay a fair while ago.
