I have been meaning to ask this for quite awhile, but did anyone go????
If you did, what was it like??

I only wish i were a fan then and i had tickets to the show.......

Yeah, it would have been awesome to go! Luckily for all of us it really wasn't the final show and we'll all have a change to see them on the reunion tour.

If it really is a reunion tour. From what I've heard about the fan meetup on Saturday it certainly doesn't seem like it'll be a true reunion.

I had the privelidge of attending the final metro show, just last night i was front row center, and billy sat down and had a chat with me after, and darcy turned up and got off the crack and we got married...

Well, more than half of the band back in, I suppose. Billy would be stupid to try to replace James with some session player...I mean, at least there's Melissa if D'arcy really didn't want to take part, but James I feel is irreplaceable.

So if its only Jimmy and Billy it could a half reunion tour. No matter who is in the band I really hope they don't market the tour as a reunion tour. That sounds so corny, like something that old bands do, like Van Halen and such.

This isn't a reunion tour. A reunion tour would be if the band members ran out of money and wanted to make some quick cash by playing a few shows with not much new material. The Pumpkins have an entire new album to tour. Just think of it as a new stage in the Pumpkins.

You know that the new Pumpkins won't be close to as good as they used to be. If the band was just Billy and Jimmy and some other newcomers, it's not worth it.
