i hope it is a fake though. cuz if i bring home the album, and it has all the pornstarrs or watever on it, then she'll be like WTF and get mad and take it away, maybe. so yeah, i doubt its legit.. theyve been pretty secretive so far, so why suddenly let a photo like that out on the net. i dunno.

Hey everybody! I've been meaning to post on this, but bronchitis makes you lazy. I think the picture's beautiful. I can't tell if it's fake or not, but I was thinking about the 7/7/07 release date, and the number seven, then the seven deadly sins. Then I thought of the seven holy virtues, which are their counterpart. Now supposing the picture is real, I'd say it might be a depiction of Lust vs. Chastity, which makes me wonder if there won't be six other pictures showing Gluttony vs. Temperance, Greed vs. Charity, Sloth vs. Diligence, Wrath vs. Forgiveness, Envy vs. Kindness, and Pride vs. Humility.
With the album title Zeitgeist, which I understand to mean the spirit of an age, I think certainly this past century has had to question its values. Women showing their ankles and bare arms, then horrors of war, red scare, equal rights, war, the pill, divorce, more war, the definition of marriage, and yes even more war. So I think if it is real, it's a good theme to show the spirit of our age as a time of temptation and choice.

But if it was real, wouldn't this all be stooping kind of low?

I don't think it would be stooping low. An album named Zeitgeist is presumably about reflecting the times, not about "being cool". If the statement he makes with this album is relevant, than I don't think you should respect him any less. There are many other reasons you can love him less for than putting porn stars on the album art.

But my theory (however stupid it may be) is that at least one person will be on the cover, in one way or another. There has been a person or depiction of a person on the cover every major release (not counting Machina 2) so I'm going to guess that the trend will continue.

It's not like they are giving some guy a bj on the cover...what does everyone have against porn stars? Did anyone see the SIYL video? There were midgets in leather and lace Maybe Billy did this because he knew it would piss people off, you know, get them talking. Whatever his reasons just remember one thing guys - in reality rock stars do hang out with porn stars. Also remember that porn stars are people too and maybe they are Billy's friends...he has had some weird friends before.
