i think billy just wanted wanted to make a good single, full of one liners full of teen angst, gotta make some money

if one of the modern emo bands came up with this song, it wouldnt be out of place, and you would think, "ugh..." but id still like it

My band was gonna do Bullets for the talent show but the lady didn't like the lyrics.... I was a bit perturbed. So now I'm doing Lounge Act by Nirvana.

in grade school my music teacher made us do a project on a musical group or solo artist, but get this it could only be from the 60's,70's or 80's i wanted to do the pumpkins but he said no newer groups they haven't done nothing yet they have no legacy well fuck you mr harris you retard there the best ever, so i ended up doing my project on the monkeys yeah the monkeys not my choice he made me do it the monkeys suck where's there legacy?.


In my opinion the Monkees might as well not be a REAL band in the true sense. They are manufactured so they didn't write their own music & songs, they didn't play the instruments so all they did was donate their voices. There is officially no legacy to them. You should have done My Bloody Valentine, they were from the 80s & I bet no one was doing them .
