I know, I'm happy there are more shows here, but I'm a bit upset because I thought I had bought tickets for the first show, but I guess not.
The new dates are the 15th, 16th and 18th if I'm correct.
I heard that Billy doesn't like to perform in San Francisco because he feels the fans haven't forgiven him for lolla 1994-whatever happened there.

From what I've heard lolla 94 Nirvana was headlining until Kurt commited suicide then Smashing Pumpkins were bumped up to headline and at that point I think there were going to be several interviews with Billy and have him open up about his songs and etc, but right after Kurt killed himself Billy didn't want to open up anymore. Also, there's rumors saying that Billy was happy when Kurt killed himself. 
Any one else know anything?

If I had just waited a little while to buy tickets (instead of frantically hitting refresh at 10am) I would have been rewarded with 3 new shows to buy tickets for. I was unable to get tix for the first 8 shows and by the time I figured out about the 3 new ones, they were sold out, too. I'm totally bummed. Here's to hoping for a real US tour.

The three new ones just showed up as I was buying tickets. And they sold out in a good six minutes too. The thing is, Live Nation didn't post up the new shows, but Ticketmaster did. Strange.

Dang, that sucks Brian. But dang, sold out that quickly. How big is the Fillmore in terms of capacity? On the bright side, good to know the Pumpkins are selling out that fast I guess.
