This is actually very true, I do in fact hate labelling.

However I am getting sick of this talk of emo, I just want to put my vision of emo out there, I think emo, I think Panic! at the Disco, I think having a black fringe over one eye, I think waving a guitar thru the air like mad, I think tight girly jeans on guys and I think white studded belts.

Strange how the emo genre came from the new romantic movement who don't really show much emotion really.

Back on topic Zwan are really underated in my opinion anyway, Zwan were an awesome band and I would have loved there to be more Zwan albums, although I did download the Zwan Hideout compilation off of this site and I don't really like that. Meh!

I believe there's a more meaningful side of "emo" music which the pumpkins DO represent...mostly found in MCIS and Adore-era songs.

I can see what you are saying, but I believe that emo is more of a group for the look of people than the sound of music.
Sure MCIS and Adore are emotional, but I wouldn't call them emo, I would only ever call people emo if they look a certain way, people are easiier to group by the way they look, in a way I suppose that could sound racist or whatever but you know what I mean, especially if you are in school, people are big on grouping people by their dress code etc.

I would however have called Billy a little emo in his solo career, it's just coz of the stripy jumper though

im in canada and its beautiful outside. theres these damn trees that shed or something and the gentle wind blows all these fluffies around softly. l.ol. so yeah dreamers paradise.

Emo music sucks, if you actual consider it to be a real genre. Panic! at the Disco is just terrible. I can't stand them. No offense to an Panic fans.
