Yes, it's Pumpkins original from the early days (1988). To give the rest of the fans a little clue what we are talking about: Holiday is the trackname as the Pumpkins released it on the Nothing Ever Changes cassette in 1988 (anybody seen it around? We still need good pics of it on our SPfreaks site). Heart is only the name Ron Roesing (ex-The Marked) gave it when he was being asked about his involvement in the Pumpkins (which wasn't much actually, he's not playing on this Holiday song, and only 2 songs are known with him drumming in the early Pumpkins era). It is available at RSPAA, for those of you who want to listen to it. Cool song indeed.

True, and downloadable on here also in the Downloads - Music section, scroll down to Nothing Ever Changes. You might appreciate the other songs like The Vigil and Nothing And Everything also. Truely early Pumpkins as you have never heard them before!

Yeah, I've only really heard alot of these earlier songs recently after joining this site. Nothing and Everything cranks, and the some later instrumentals like Walking Country and With Longing are sweet. It's funny coz some of these songs have existed for almost 20 years and I have not heard them. It has given me an insight into a band that I already thought covered so much ground musically. I am not so much a 'collector' fan, I have all the studio albums and a few singles, but no rare stuff at home so hearing some vintage 80's and early 90's Pumpkins has been enlightening. How toe-tappingly brilliant is 'Germans in Leather Pants'?!?
