I want to hear the fat kid's question answered! Billy didn't answer how his head is "so shiny" either-from what I recall.
I can imagine them seeing this question, laughing and then Billy looking at Jimmy going "Uh, Jimmy, want to answer this one?"

As far as the other band The Mars Volta, They are prolly my second fav band out there...for real. Pick up Deloused in the Crematorium nothing short of freakin awesome..(I'll prolly get some flack for sayin that one).

But seriously, if you like psychedelic experimental stuff they are one of the ones to listen to.

I was really hoping that they would tour together but i think Explosions in the Sky is almost as good.

I don't really know much bout Celebration

They were the opening band for the first show in Asheville on 6/23. I don't usually like the opening bands and rarely give them a chance, but I was surprised, they were actually pretty good. Their myspace songs don't do them justice, their better live.

On the radio after they finished playing 1979 they said, "Pumpkins, 1979, old pumpkins. I'm sure a lot of you have heard about that 'Youtube ask a pumpkin' where you just submit your video of you asking a pumpkin a question. Of course they didn't answer any questions that we really wanted answered like, whatever happened to James and D'arcy. Question of the day, if you were to ask the pumpkins a question, what would it be? Call in."
The questions called in:
"Were you really dating Courtney Love while Kurt was on drugs?"
"What the hell is what white robe you're wearing on stage?"
"What kind of razor do you use to shave your head and make it so smooth?"
"What the hell is that noise in the back of 1979?" the DJ responded "some sort of synthesizer thingy I'm guessing."
"When are you going to get those fang-like teeth pulled and fixed?"
"Do you like your eggs scrambled or sunny side up?" The DJ responded "Probably sunny side up, Billy Corgan is a sunny kind of guy."

the question about what they listen to really shows how out of touch they are, they should have at least listened to some new music before they made a new album, lol

I'm really disappointed with the way they handled this ... you don't tell your fans "we'll answer your questions" so then they select a few and answer just the convenient ones, i would have prefered if they wouldn't choose some of those questions if they didn't mean to answer them all, why they chosen fatslug? why they selected the spanish fans's questions? i don't remember who else were ignored but that's being dishonest even if fatslug for example deserved it, if they wanted to select his question so they could do that remark about losers ... well i guess it makes sense then but i would prefer if Billy had the balls of answer him with an intelligent sharp answer

But that's just me anyway ...

I like his fang teeth. I have a few myself. I just think it looks cool, especially on Billy when he's screaming on stage.

I was so pleased when Billy picked out The Mars Volta as the band that is really pushing the musical boundaries, being a huge fan myself.

Can't wait for the new album.
