It went swell! The article will be appearing probably early Sept. at www.venuszine.com. Ginger's a sweetie and very much a philanthropist (she's gone to Bosnia and Kosovo with her other bands to perform for the troops, and to Kenya to help kids there.)

She got the audition through a mutual friend of hers and Billy's and jammed six weeks with Jimmy and Jeff in L.A. before doing the whole SP boot camp in Chicago before they hit the road. Apparently she and Jeff were in the studio with Billy and Jimmy during the mixing sessions for Zeigeist but as far as she knows, she and Jeff are NOT OFFICIAL members. BUT they are more than glorified touring musicians too - she said Billy really wants to record with them, and they have been in the 2 Zeitgeist music videos (Tarantula and the upcoming That's the Way).

Her favorite SP song to play is Hummer and she really admires D'Arcy.

I'm happy for you Trillian! Sounds like you had a great interview! I can't wait to read it when it comes out!
