Another Tarantula video hater here 
I'm afraid of that version of Daydream ... call me nostalgic but i love it just the way it is in Gish with D'arcy's cheesy vocals and all... now i must admit it sounds pretty when Billy plays it, he's pure magic on acoustic |

D'Arcy's vocals were "cheesy?" I thought they were pretty haunting. Her low register had this Nico-esque, sexy quality.

Probably the one Jimmy noted they will release. That was 31/07 am I right?
I'm very curious how that version sounds. It takes more than 30 minutes he told! Can't wait for this stuff to be released.
Anyway.. I love the fact I will have Stellar on cd soon in a proper sound-quality.

For me, singles are only worthwhile if they have b-sides I don't already own.
I suppose Daydream counts in this case though.

Well, I thought since it was on Best Buy's website that it would also be in their stores. But here's the thing. It says that the item will not be available for store pick up. Amazon lists the single as an import, the price there is $11.99 all of this leads me to believe that it will not be available in stores here in the US, probably in Europe, but not here.

I'm still betting on this being an online purchase. I would be very surprised if its actually in stores. I haven't even been to a physical cd store in a while, do they even carry singles?

im a little dissapointed they wont do a studio version of it but i guess thats life
I think the live recording of gossamer will be of very high quality, did they record it on just the one night at the fillmore or over several shows, several takes, anyone know???? they would still have to mix it and some production work would be done on it surely, not just press record and that's it????

No, I think press record and that's it. I seriously don't think they would take several recordings and edit them into one. Gossamer is different every night, combining different versions would be blasphemy.
