Do you think Billy or any other pumpkins ever checks out fan sites like this one? Do our ramblings in the forum ever get noticed by band members? Maybe we get laughed at when our speculations are incredibly inaccurate. Or maybe we can provide inspiration or a connection to the fan base.

No, I don't think they read message boards. I'm sure they have better things to do. Plus Billy is known for disregarding what goes on on the internet. Unfortunately this site is sometimes ignored by the elder members of blamo and netphoria. I've even defended our honor there a few times. But they do mean well, however sometimes (a lot of the times) topics go sour which is a shame. I have noticed a slight change recently though.

I would too, it would be nice to talk to fans i think. I doubt billy would spend large amounts of time on here, if any at all. But im sure he has people who do, telling him what the general view is, like with that netphoria thing, i doubt he would be consistantly checking netphoria, but he would have had someone tell him that netphoria is bullshit.

Then Billy probably knows we love him.

At Reading I shouted 'Billy I want your babies' when everything was quiet, does that count?

& I doubt they really have time to read forums. Videos are different cus they have a website which has all the videos on & a Youtube profile so its not surprise they see alot of videos.

I wouldn't be surprised if whoever maintains the "pumpkinsmediamilitia" accounts (youtube, flickr, myspace, sp.com, etc.) takes a peek once and again, but I really doubt the band has time to do so.

very true, that would be a cool job. I'm sure if Billy is ever bored he might look at a couple fan sites.

I'd tend to agree. Sure, places like this are pretty positive but music fans can be big-time jerks. Because, let's face it, as much as we think we "know" our rock gods, we don't. We can't. Even if they did post and read the message boards, because that would only be one facet of their characters, you know?
