My guess is the two siamese twins from the cover of Siamese Dream. They were looking for them over the summer.. maybe they found them.
Other than that.. D'arcy? I mean, she lives in Texas, but that seems pretty unlikely and would probably be weird for Ginger.

I thought Darcy lived on a farm in Montana, or something like that.
Anyway, most of Billy's "surprises" have been pretty lame in the past, so I'm not expecting anything big. Maybe the Frogs will be the opening band...that'd be cool.

True. It may just be someone in the album artwork, like the Twins, or The Frogs, etc. I guess it never said it was someone from the band, just someone from the band's pass.
Well, we'll see.
I hope it'll be on youtube or something.

It's the Frogs.
They were soundchecking "I Only Play 4 Money", which is an old Frogs song. Hate to disappoint, but looks like thats the BIG surprise.
