I think it's the song they were working on during the Frankfurt soundcheck, see this thread:

Don't you know how Billy adores Scorpions and bands like that?
On the pretty crapy Zeitgeist Bonus DVD he told, that Tarantula is supposed to be an homage to Scorions and bands like them...

of course i know that he adores them. that's why i don't understand him.

sorry, i don't like zeitgeist like the other albums but i think that even tarantula is way better than any scorpions song... tsss
