Who from the site is going to the pumpkins hordern show in a couple of weeks?

im going to v vestival unfortunately, why oh why did they announce the side shows so FUCKING LATE!!! bad billy, BAD!!!
are there still tickets?

I'm going to the Hordern show with some friends, including another thepumpkins.net member - snail_rocks. I can't wait

I was holding out for this show since V Fest was announced ... i didn't wanna pay $130 odd to see shorter sets of only two bands that i like ... i was getting worried though when it was close to a month till V Fest and there was no sideshow

Im going by myself, i just hope i meet some cool people as i wait out the front all day

Hehe we might see you there then We'll rock up round 6-ish maybe, don't know yet, we might get there earlier ... its just we're driving 3-4hrs from down the coast to Sydney, so yeah haha road-trip!

There's never a shortage of cool/interesting people to hang out with outside of a Pumpkins show. I went to a few shows by myself last year and found this to be the case. The Pumpkins have the best fans.

So will anyone else from the site be getting there early?

My wife and I will be landing in Sydney around 10am from Perth and then checking into the hotel and getting down to the venue around 2pm ish I guess. Maybe a bit later depending on how jet lagged we are.

There will be a bunch of people from Ozphoria heading down early so they'll be keeping you company no doubt and then I'll be there ...

I remember lining up early for NIN at the Horden few years back ... sucks about the lack of food places and stuff around there.

Yeah, V Fest, and coheed and cambria at the UNSW roundhouse, its sweet, im staying with my aunty in botany so im about 15 minutes away from each venue

Who is up for ordering pizza at lunch time?

I want to stop into Ogalo in Kensington before the show and grab some good old spicy Portugese chicken burgers ... got some before the Chili Peppers show last year, blew my head off with chili but still i love it ... maybe i just have no sense haha
