I am just dying for some Gossamer!! I need to have a non-live version of this! No, not necessarily a studio version like on an album, but something like an AOL Session version of it. I don't care how they do it, I just need it released in some way! I know it will probably be on the Filmore DVD, but that's not enough for me!
Anyone agree? Ha, sorry, I just needed to vent my frustration.

What's so bad about that if they record it live?
What's this about a soundtrack? makes it seem that the Fillmore DVD will be the next Vieuphoria, and the soundtrack the next Earphoria

i tried listening to it and I found the first 2 minutes so repeatitive I didn't feel like listening to the whole thing

I wouldn't mind if they made a studio version of it, but I kinda fear that the studio would greatly restrict them from how it is played now.
Although, there are a few things from the live version that could be scrapped, so maybe it's not such a bad thing.

Well I'm still blown away by this song, and I'll sit and listen to all 30 minutes of it!
The Pumpkins seemed to pull off Silverfuck pretty well with the album version. I have faith that if Billy & Co. set out to do it, it would be pretty damned amazing.

I'd also like a CD with good quality recordings of the non-album songs they played in the residency shows. Some of them are pretty good, but I never bother to listen to the MP3s I have of them as the sound quality just isn't good enough.
