ok, on this site ther are the little ads right, well this morning i noticed the ads were for sp ringtones, and only d'arcy and james were pictured. i found it amusing, in light of everything. no billy, no jimmy, just james and d'arcy. think someone is trying to say something?

Wow. This is a bad year for Virgin Records.
Virgin is suing 30 Seconds To Mars for 30 million dollars.
The record company claims that Leto has to record another album as stated by their contract. Their contract states that they had to produce three out of five records. So far the band has only released two albums.
Jared Leto has stated he doesn't have to due to a California law claiming that one cannot be bound to a contract for more than seven years.
AND-oh yes, it gets better...
Leto claims that he hasn't gotten any of the royalties from the 2 million records he's sold-aka-he's not getting paid for any of the songs he produced.
Hmmm sound familiar?

Maybe even Jimmy would join. It would be the Pumpkins, just not with Billy. They could just get some other guy to play guitar and James could sing.
