at the door to the show, they were checking everyone for cameras to make sure none got in. I snuck one in and i thought i was the only one but everyone seemed to still have them....

At first they said no cameras period. Then they went and checked and allowed people to take hand held, non professional cameras in. There was about to be a riot if they allowed no cameras!

i wonder if they will do that in louisville, cause the palace website said no cameras, but i was gonna take one anyway, and it is just a small personal one anyway.

It's interesting that they are playing mainly rarities and b-sides, don't you think? And they are only playing 8 singles if you count "Eye" and "Superchrist". This is definately not a tour for the average fan. Do you all like the song choices, what is your opinion, are there some songs you miss?

personally i think this is a great setlist for the tour. most of the people going to these shows are going to be diehard pumpkins fans. there are no supporting acts. it is truly "an evening with the smashing pumpkins."

before the tour started the main song that i personally wanted to hear live at some point was again, again, again (the crux). so thank you pumpkins for choosing that one for this tour. transformer and we only come out at night are also wonderful rare choices. i love transformer from the glastonbury show in 1997. they havent played it too often though. im really excited to see how they play these songs live. speed kills was played a few times during the arising! tour (which was an awesome live song during that time) but definitely has more appearances than WECOAN and transformer.

i wish there could have been more gish/machina 2 choices, but of course the gish tour is coming up later so that will be ok. for this tour siva is a great choice though because it will be pretty recognizable and still rock hard as well.

Awesome, varied setlist that most fans should love.

There isn't going to be a Gish Tour anymore. Personally I kinda miss seeing "Stand Inside Your Love", and call me crazy, "1979".

I think I of the Mourning would have been a perfect addition to the set.

I'd like to seem them play "I of the Mourning". I also think they could make a cool new version of "Raindrops + Sunshowers" if they really wanted to.
