I love Zeitgeist! I'm a Pumpkins fan, not a Siamese Dream fan.

YES! That's exactly how I feel! It's about time someone gave it some fitting words!

AE I hear you there. Not just Zeitgeist but the progression and the growth of the music and band. The music is all a snapshot kind of like a photo album of music. Unless a band is trying to put a point across I guess.

It's kind of like a relationship sometimes you grow together...sometimes you grow apart..and sometimes you grow apart and come back together.

I think Zeitgeist rockin' enough of a record, but I hope this Zeitgeist love wasn't brought on by the little guilt trip Billy seemed to be conveying in the BC+JC Q&A article on SP.com .

I can still love Machina better than Zeitgeist, and dislike Superchrist without living in the past. I haven't shunned the Pumpkins because they changed musical directions.

hahahaha it was to some degree. His guilt trips always get to me. Respect is a very important thing, as the music is as well, but hearing how Billy is through with the boards, the internet presence in that context, was pretty hard to take, only because I really enjoyed the interaction.
But as much as I love the past pumpkins (which I so do!) I love the present and future pumpkins even more.

I'm still kinda sad about the studio version of "Superchrist". If it would have just been as good and kickass as the AOL version it would have been amazing.

i wasn't going to say anything, but i thought that too. ^^

but hey, Zeitgeist does have some pretty kick ass tracks.

I like the simplicity in the studio version of Superchrist. I love just hearing the drums and guitar. Barely any bass, not more piano, just pure rock. If I want to hear the former, I just pop on the AOL version, which is also nice, especially the screams.

zeitgeist does have a lot of kick ass rock songs like come on lets go. and btw, opening with tarantula on this new tour was unbelievable. it was the best opening ever.

zeitgiest rocks, i have loved it since i first listened to it.
