SP.com posted a decent Pumpkins interview from ManCow's radio show.
In a surprise move, Billy and Jimmy did a phone interview with Mancow of radio fame.
Billy and Jimmy speak of being on and off a record label, Jimmy's drumming, spirituality, a little bit about James and D'arcy, and even Chris Farley! Check it out!

that was a cool interview and quite interesting.
in addition to the guitar hero thing i swear he also said they are working on a Gish boxset so maybe there is hope.

I really liked that interview. Not only did he confirm he will be in Guitar Hero, so cool. Billy also said they were working on a Gish box set!
Awesome!
I really loved how he spoke of Chris Farley too. I loved Chris Farley.
When he said Jimmy was right up there with Bonham, that was brilliant!

John Bonham was awesom..did you know that he used tinfoil in his drums to help create his Led Zep sound?
And he did say that D'Arcy and James DID make serious contributions to the band.
Sha Na Na...Bowser was the best *goofy grin*.
Chris Farley awww..I miss his comedy.
By the way I have always liked Mancow, I find him funny as anything.

RE Bonzo: I think he said he used aluminum foil in his Bass drum he lined the inside of the drum heads, I remember hearing something about him tearing up newspaper and using that as well...not too sure on that though. But I guess the tension on his bass drum petal was set at an extreme tension.

I liked that interview. And I never really realized it, but billy's right about how D'arcy and James have not come out with any music of their own really. I know James did some japanese soundtrack work and some dj'ing, but other than that nothing of his own. :-/

it was a cool interview. i always like when they do interviews. 
and about the Gish boxset thing. someone on spfreaks pointed out that this interview was before the fan interview that kind of crushed our hopes for the Gish boxset. so i guess its probably still a no go, which is sad. i haven't looked at the dates for both though- too lazy right now  - but i'll take the persons word. |

Damn, that sucks hard, because that was meant to coincide with their 20th anniversary gig. I hope that that will still happen.
