I hope any new artwork related to future releases is more towards the lovely lady and less towards this.
I can't imagine that the artist is representative of SP much, otherwise he/she would of known to keep the "The" out.

I'd say so. Usually tour/venue posters are are done independent of the band. Since this poster (if it's real) is for one specific venue, it probably has nothing to do with the band. Plus I can't see them having another poster that is drastically different than the current one, and wouldn't do that to Strawberry.
On a side note, I think it looks really cool. I prefer this one over the "hippy lady."

i like it, but i too don't think it is a new tour one, it is probably just for that one spot. i think it is kick ass, but it doesn't look like the style of the band really to me. i think the linda strawberry one is more thier style really.

I like this one much much better.
I also liked the weird one they gave us after the Fillmore residency, which like this one I believe was a poster done by the venue itself.
The Linda Strawberry one is pretty but it reminds me too much of drawings I used to make in high school. Which of course just means I'm jealous. :P

I really like it. If it does represent the Pumpkins' next type of style or anything like that (which I'm sure it probably doesn't), I'd be really excited, because it reminds me of Machina, only darker. And I've always lovvvved Machina I and II.

But I wouldn't take this to be representative of any new direction of the band. As it says on the site, this artist was hired by the event planner at the venue, not the band.
