Smashing Pumpkins doc 'If All Goes Wrong' gets a big-screen debut

To commemorate their 20th anniversary, the Smashing Pumpkins aren’t just touring this fall — they’re also coming to a movie theater near you. The 105-minute documentary If All Goes Wrong chronicles the seminal alt-rock band’s unconventional 19-concert stint in Asheville, N.C., and San Francisco as part of their 2007 reunion/reformation (with two of the original four members). The intimate film, which features interviews with head Pumpkin Billy Corgan (pictured), his cohorts, fans, journalists, and musicians like Pete Townshend, will screen in 40 cities across the country for one day only: Nov. 6. For those who prefer a couch trip, Wrong will be released Nov. 11 on DVD in a two-disc set that also contains 19 live songs (six of them new) from the San Francisco shows.

I wish they'd play it in German theaters...f**k...i have to wait for the DVD-release...it's going to be available on november 25th here...can't wait.
Tough I don't like SP2 that much, the tracklist seems quiete intersting...

If it gets released to a theater anywhere near me I'll definately be going!

I don't know what to think about the constant multi-angle view. It looks pretty good though and I'm glad they didn't focus on the audience too much.

I was hoping they would do the multi-angle view. After watching some of Monte's vids, that was my though, why don't they have more views on screen to see all of them...
It made me cry watching it today...absolutely beautiful

i dont really like the multi angle in one screen thing... it gets a little too busy for me... too many things to watch at one time...

i personally love the multi angle shots ... i've been waiting for them to do things like this for a long time ...

AHHHHH The trailer looks AWESOME! I was kind of thinking this was going to be more like Vieuphoria, but this is a tried and true doc. Wow. Just wow.

I'm going to see it in theaters with at least one friend of mine, but we're going to try to round up the rest of us Pumpkins fans out here in L.A., too.

Im pleasantly surprised with the uk theatre releases. I will definately have to make one!
