There's 3 different recordings circulating, 1 is very poor audio, 1 is as you say people screaming at various points. I have a 3rd which is actually pretty decent.

My version still has screaming crowds, but it differs from the main circulating recording and the audio is better.

They did, the whole concert was filmed proffesionally.
Look at Funk You on the 1991-2000 DVD, multiple camera angles and everything.
Even an audio soundboard recorded was made
