Age of Innocence. And its such a prefect end-song for that album too!

I love, love, love 'Blue skies bring tears' and 'I of the Mourning', these two songs are really special for me......the lirycs are very deep, I think.....see ya!!!

My favorite Machina song is This Time. I dont see why noone chose it. It is so beautiful. It sounds like the smashing pumpkins are trying to say goodbye in this song......maybe im just crazy but look at the lyrics :

"I really must be told that it's over...........What are we letting go............And wish we'd never waved goodbye .................As the curtain falls we bid you all goodnight"

I really like Wound and Try, Try, Try too. . . but I like the alternate version of Try, Try Try from Machina 2 better than the Machina original.

dude, don't take offence to this but calm down!

Brittney spears has sold more that billy ever will, so the number of CD's means nothing except the band he was in happen to get famous...cause lets remember TFE, ol'Bill's solo album, i don't think went 100,000.

also, there are many great song writers that can write better than Mr. corgan

I almost couldn't decide...between The Everlasting Gaze, Stand Inside Your Love, I of the Mourning, Wound, and Age of Innocence. I ended up voting for Stand Inside Your Love, since it rouses me the most, passion-wise (and I think I just killed any passion there may have been in that last sentence). Stand Inside Your Love really captures that insane, passionate intensity you feel when you're obsessed with someone. An unhealthy thing, in my experience .

The Crying Tree of Mercury also touches upon this vein of intense, soul-absorbing devotion. Whenever the distortion part comes, I always visualize this huge mechanical monster rising up out of a red landscape...
