Smashing Pumpkins Jack-O-Lanterns 2 Years, 1 Month ago  
Ever year my family has this carving pumpkins event with the family friends, and this year, seeing as how the Pumpkins have become my favorite band, I decided to make a Smashing Pumpkins jack-o-lantern. Anyone else doing that? I'll try to send it to the gallery once I get the picture.

That sounds like a great idea! I'd probably be the only person in my neighborhood who would be able to appreciate it, though. Oh well. What are you carving on the jack-o-lantern?

I'd like to see pics of your SP jack-o-lantern!
I've always seen them on movies... carving pumpkins to make a lantern looks like a funny thing to do, but still a strange tradition :P

here in Chile we don't celebrate Haloween, on Nov 1º we have the "Día de Todos los Santos" (it's something like 'the day of all the saints' being very literal), which is more like a religious day, people goes to cemeteries to visit the graves of their deceaseds.

That sounds cool although we don't really celebrate Halloween as much down here, or at least my family doesn't. But for a school photography project (we have to design alternate album covers for different albums we have) I was planning on buying a Pumpkin and doing something with it and putting it as the cover to a Pumpkins album (probably Siamese Dream.)

That pic is so cool! I bought my pumpkin this weekend and I named it Billy!
Sadly my pumpkin carving skills are really bad so i probably wouldn't be able to pull off anything too creative having to do with SP on my pumpkin!
