I've sorta been messing around with this lick I made up. I'm trying to get a band together and I guess you can call it a little demo.
It was recorded quick so it's kind of "bassy".
Anyway, anything I should add?

yeah not bad i quite like it .... towards the end it feels like thats where the drums need to come in using something like the snare or toms .... but it sounds alright man

yeah the whole thing needs drums.
I just don't have any at my house. so it's kindof hard to record the drums.

you play bass too? i play my friend's bass when ever i go to his house, i am better than he is without lessons, haha--he is not very talented i dont think, he has no inspiration
anyways, pretty cool track, especially near the end. you should make friends with someone who plays the drums, or if you really want i could get one of my friends to record a track for you.

Haha, I know someone exactly like that. he got a bass. and I was all excited. I went to his house one day and he was very mesy. A few days after he got his bass my little sister got hers, and in about a week, my sister was twice as good as my friend.

I have a friend who is amazing at drums.
I was jamming with him about a month ago and we sounded good together. Howevevr, last week I talked to him about starting up a band and it seemed like he lost all passion for the drums and didn't want to at all. Hopefully I'll convince him eventually.

Yeah, it's a bummer. my brother plays snare for his 5th grade school band. I think he plans on getting a drum set which would be nice. However, I don't think he has the passion and he can't really keep a beat. I guess he's only in 5th grade right now so he's still learning, but hopefully he'll get good.
