it resonates really well, i could compare it to the tuning of mayonaise...i like it alot. its meant for the acoustic guitar.
D# G# B# D# G A (Low to high) something along those lines. ill let you figure out what chords sound good. i have a few neat ones i cant share (im makin a song with them and i dont wanna be ripped off!)
i fixed the tuning, i wrote it down wrong!!

I tweaked my old one a bit, and tuned it all back up half a step so I didn't have to tune all of the strings.

But you don't have to tune down the E fret if you don't want, it also sound good. So...

i looove doing that. i dont have a 12 string so every time i go to guitar center i go in the acoustic room, tune one of the 12 strings to open g, and rock out.
oh and i used that tuning you made up in a song i wrote... or well more like a bunch of riffs and chord progressions slapped together but yeah, its a cool tuning

Yeah, pretty much, I'd need a lot more different strings than the ones that come with a 12-string.
