I think that Global Warming is a reality, and we are acting ignorant towards this matter. Whether we face it or not, its not going to simply go away, we need change in the emissions of our cars.

I live in southern California, and where I live, it usually gets up to 110 during the summer, but last year it was getting up to like 115 and 120. Then i saw on the news that there was one of those plastic ad containers, that usually have a newspaper inside of them or something, that completely melted onto the ground.

Its happening and I can see it happening.

We need change asap.

its definately a problem. bush hired a imfamously retarded scientist who said that global warming wasnt happening. most of the scientific community recognizes global warming as a major problem. congress needs to step up and do something about it.

I come from around Detroit which is home of Ford motors. I'm happy to say my family don't own gas guzzlers, but where I live there extremely common. This is a big problem and I think that Ford is suffering because of it.

i guess its just like, the planets for humans, and if they destroy it, its their own fault

Planet Earth will be here long after humans. It is not a question of what we can do for the planet, as what we can do concerning ourselves, because ultimately the problem lies with human society and industry, etc. The Earth will find a way to carry on, but if we can not because of global warming it will be our own demise.

Thank god the democrats are taking power, and that they are passing senate and house regulations to prevent lobyist influences! This will surely help the movement of everything. It will eventually go toward the exploits of alternate energy sources.

Nah. What I mean is, you realize there's no hope for the world, so you decide to do absolutely nothing about it. You dismiss it as inevitable that we're all going to die. Sensible? No, lazy.

well it is gonna happen whether we do anything about it. this has happened before in the 1800's-its was a heat trend, i dont think all of this has to to with global warming.

Yeah, but a lot of it does. If it isn't stopped, which it probably won't be, then we'll lose a ton of coastal land, including most of California and Florida, a lot of Asia and loads of other places.

so, the gaping hole in the ozone is just a trend? but whatever might as well accept this mistake. i guess its just in our species animalistic nature to fuck ourselves over.

humans are creatures of consumtion like locusts we eat we consume everything we move on theres only 30 years supply of gas and coal left in the earth. we need to find other sources of power and start making colonies on the moon listen to me people im our future:P
