if you already ignore all of the things it tells you anyways, you won't be missing out on anything by taking it out of the startup
anyways, that just means it wont start up when the computer starts....you can run it like a normal program whenever you want
it's true though, those things devour your resources
while we're on this topic, if you didn't know already....here's a good way to boost your start up time (for windows, except 2000...i think....any other version of windows should work)
go to start>run> and type in "msconfig" without the quotes obviously
click on the startup tab, and look through the list
if you don't know what it is, don't uncheck it because it could be something that windows uses...however if it's a game, or media player, or something like that, you can uncheck it, and it wont load up when windows starts anymore, saving you time
