I'm wondering what the significance of the Book Club the "others" were in is? I'm wondering how the "others" got the intel so quickly on the place crash victims. . .has to be a govt connection.

i thought it was an ok episode, i didnt like wen jack was like "is she happy" and the lady said "yes, she is very happy" abit too stupid, how would they know if she was happy??? i dont get how they got information about people when they are on an island that is unknown about

zeek told the two guys...ethan and whats his name....to go to the separate crash sites and pose as survivors, then he said "i want lists" remember? they made lists of the people there and brought them back

Yeh i got the polar bear thing to, I still dont know why the're acting poor for everyone but i wouldnt say that it's a government connection. Also they didnt show what they did to Kate how here wrist got all scratched up and also why the lady who introduces herself to Jack as Juliet is call Julia by Ben and at the start in the book club meeting she is sort of dazed and away with the fairys until she hears that guy say no wonder Ben didn't come. Anyway, this season should be good, also I don't know how much you have tlaked about this on here but that guy who used to wear the fake beard was also the man in the army who dropped Sayid off in the middle of the desert in one of Satids flashbacks in the first season

Good call Matt. I totally missed that the guy w/ fake beard was the same US military guy that dropped Sayid off. Hrm. . so we have a few ex-military and some ex-CIA (The guy who was in the hatch with Desmond was ex-CIA). . I still think it's some sort of govt experiment.

if you haven't before, you guys should check out the official lost boards sometime...they're too busy to actually follow, but they pick out amazing details sometimes, it's crazy

The new lost was good, making Kate and Sawyer chop up rocks for some reason, and the stole the yacht. Also at the start Ben made a comment about Julia never making him soup and made it sound like he was in Jacks position, but then later on when he was with Jack he said that he lived there his whole life. And now we know that they do have contect with the outside worl but seems a bit delayed possible because they mentiond the death of Christopher Reeve which from my memory was a while ago but filming time I'm not sure so... Anyway good ep

BTW I so called that Sun was banging her English teacher the first time I saw them in a flashback back in Season 1!
I thought Julia's remark to Ben was more of snide comment about a past relationship, especially since he gave her a hard time at the book club meeting. Was the kid Alex asked Kate about the same kid that tried to escape the cage with Sawyer???

I'm not looking for the hiatus that's gonna happen in 4 episodes time. No more LOST until sometime in the new year. Although, it's better than there being huge gaps between episodes like during the last season. I can't complain though, if I didn't download it, I'd have to wait ages for it to show over here.
