yea, i would have liked to have been born in 79, to catch the 90's rock revolution, especially the pumpkins.

i rather like being that age i am, i can be a part of the 2010 revolution. and i already got all the pumpkins albums, and i can get music for free these days, haha ive just come out of a month long rut, and im dreaming again, lol, yeah its good

Hey,im 30 & been a pumpkin freek since 1993,when i was 16,& i have no prejudice towards anyones age,i think that the more fans the better-no matter how old they are,so if your younger-dont let any of the "ol skool" fans get to you,i think its really cool that the pumpkins keep gaining more fans of the younger age.

i love the banter about..... its not all about the music, tfe was all about the music, and jcc was too, but man, these weird clothes aint free man, we gotta pay for this shit... that was the funniest thing ive heard in a long while

So I just got back from the July 31st show. It was AMAZING...
Except...
I waited in line for HOURS and HOURS...finally we're let in and I go to the VERY Front, there's a few people in front of me, but pretty much I'm in the front. Two fans in front of me tell me "wow you're short, we're sorry we're in front of you. Can you still see?" I tell them that I can still see and they tell me to let them know if they're blocking my view. While the Pumpkins are playing "That's The Way" some (insert name here) guy comes up shoves me over and takes my place, blocking my entire view. Not to mention he's really tall too, and I'm short-Ginger size. I reach over and tell the guy "HEY! I WAS STANDING THERE!" He looks down at me and shrugs his shoulders, he ignores me as if to say "Too bad."
I'm about ready to cry at this moment, because it's my last pumpkins concert and this (insert name here) has to come in MY view when I have been waiting outside for hours.
So the purpose of this is to say how wonderful pumpkins fans are because a few of the fans around me, saw this and grew angry and yanked the guy out where he was, they called the security guy, and he got kicked out of the front and sent to the WAY back. Then they saw how upset I was from the whole thing and they made room for me to get closer to the stage, where after a few moments, I was in the very front row, the only thing holding me back from running into Billy's arms was that gate in front of me.
After the show, one of the really tall guys who called security said "Hey, take it easy." and I thanked him for helping me out at the concert.
I just have to say, pumpkin fans are the sweetest ever. No matter what age they are.
