OK seriously. . this is a vent post. I was stuck out in BFE, Nowhere for a week and they only had DIAL-UP!!!!!! I couldn't even read email because it took AOL like 10 minutes to load 1 email. Also, there was no open wi-fi close enough to snag a signal from! I went nuts without my high speed internet. So good to be home!!!!!!! And I feel your pain for those of you stuck on dial-up still!!!!
I feel you anguish. I remember being on dial-up myself, back when I was running Windows98 . That was a lame internet era. Downloading music was next to impossible and some aspirin couldn't hurt ya.
I have DSL or whatever it's called, all I know it's highspeed.
But I'm at work right now and they have super super high speed. No one's here but me...what am I to do? Work? HA! You must be mad!
my dorm building last year had a 100 mbps lan, that shit was stupid fast, a page full of videos would load before I could blink, that connection made cable like you use at home look like dial-up, i miss it
