Maybe that was what they intended to play and at the last minute Billy decided to play a different song. I was there that night and I know they didn't play Winterlong.

I taped a few songs from the 6/27 show, including a good portion of the aeroplane flies high, and the vid quality isint too bad. Ill post it up in a couple of days when I transfer it to computer

Ok. I was wondering if I can get a favor from all of you. When I was only 16 and had no wheels, I missed an acoustic Pumpkins show that I really really wanted to go to. As it turned out, that was about my last chance to see them in original form. It would have been 8/06/98 at Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte, NC. It was the tour they did completely for charity. Anyone know where I could find it? Any help is awesome!

Murder, on Archive.org there are several mp3 choices such as conversion from flac to VBRmp3 etc etc; any reccomendations which one(s) should sound the best? Note, yesterday I downloaded just "mp3", then VBRmp3, and finally the 16MG mp3 versions of 6-23. I did notice a difference and I think the VBR version sounds the best. Appreciate any insight you may have.

Yes, VBR MP3 is the best. VBR stands for Variable Bitrate. You'll notice that the bitrate usually stays around 192 kbps and above. That's optimal for MP3 listening. A 64 kbps MP3 is hardly enjoyable. I'm not really sure why they're even included. I guess they're for previewing.

Thank you very very much! I am forever indebted! Not to push it, but would you know where I could get the concert Billy played on 6/24/05 in DC? I was there, and that is where I got to really meet Billy, and he signed a pic of my daughter Lylian (got her name from Lily my one and only). Would be killer to have a copy. PS, I am not trying to hijack the thread
