I am having some problems with SP.com as well, but I am not sure if it's due to Firefox 3.0 or something. I can post comments and read comments, but it doesn't seem to allow me to save changes when I try to edit my comments, or rate the articles.

It will be interesting to see what the new design looks like. Not sure how much indication it will give us of what the new material will be like though... probably no indication at all really :S
