Duh! Wow, I'm not all there tonight. If I was thinking at all of the future, I would have remembered that, ha. Thanks!

I think MCR means more to the kiddies to a point where it's unhealthy.
Maybe it's because most SP fans are of a slightly older generation, and have their hormones into a controllable gear.
MCR played a gig at The Warfield here in San Francisco, rumor has it there were a lot of young girls there and the bouncers had to start kicking out older men who bought tickets because apparently they were looking at the young girls-age 16 or so. They played a night or two there and each night they prevented men from getting in if they looked a certain age.
HAHAHAHAHA.

Hahahaha, that's pretty damn funny. But it's also pretty sad at the same time. If they can't get women their own age, they should keep it in their pants, ha. Remember, 15 will get you 30!

really, i know BWBW is not the same live, but i've heard some really amazing live versions.
that MCR story is pretty sad.

that is bad. i don't really like mcr, but that would suck if you did.
and zerohero84, 15 will get you 30, that is too funny, but too true.
and i really like live versions of bwbw, it is funny though, i was listing to the first concert back, at the grand rex on my mp3 plaer, hooked up to the stereo, and my son who is 5, regognized it from the drums alone. he started singing "the world is a vampire".

The live version on Saturday Night Live was pretty sweet.

Yep, that's it. It wasn't as good as Bob Geldof's Live Aid and Live 8, though. Plus a huge concert like Live Earth doesn't exactly help the environment, does it?

Wasn't it for saving the environment or something like that? That's the problem with those type concerts. No one actually remembers what they were for.

Yeah, it was about spreading awareness of 'global climate change'. Despite any claims of conserving power (such as LED light displays), the concert probably did more to hurt the environment than it did to help it. Just imagine the traffic congestion that was caused by people trying to make it to each concert. Talk about a lot of smog.

I don't see how a band doing a shitty cover of a good song would make you dislike that song...dislike the cover but not the original if you liked it before.
I don't really dislike any of their classics. Sometimes I can get annoyed/bored with some of them, like "Rocket" and "Geek U.S.A." but I like them overall.
There are songs that I don't really like though. A couple of them would | | | | |
