| i've actually been thinking about this for a while.... what i think is that around '95/'96 billy noticed that he was starting to show sings of aging. and he knew that just couldn't happen as long as he was in the public eye. so he went down to hell to make a deal with the devil (aka courtney love). he said he'd give her his beautiful perfect hair in exchange for eternal youth. and so far it's working out pretty well |

| so i've LOVED the pumpkins for as long as i can remeber,since i was about 2(siriusly, the lyrics to Bullet were somewhere in with my first words). And in my opinion the mellow songs (i.e Annie-dog, disarm, thirty three) were always my favs. while listening to the new album I HEARD NONE OF THAT. just hearing zeitgeist made me EXTREMELY happy, u kno, just cuz the fact the pumpkins were back. But where is the beautiful song writting i've come to know and love from billy? |
