I tried to recreate the sound (there's no tabs so it's a little bit difficult) and I think I got fairly close. It's a little sloppy, but listen to the Pumpkins version, and you'll notice that that too is a little out of time.

Yes it was an E-bow. Yes another take may make it sound a little better. Yes it isn't too great. But I don't see you guys with any covers.

my only advice is that i hear only 2 layers.... there are at least 3 in the original!!
