I am a member on the ticketek site, and as such i recieve an email every week or so, giving me the heads up on new ticket and tour information.

I just got one a minute ago and in the "on sale soon" section it had the smashing pumpkins. I looked on the pumpkin site and it had nothing about a solo show, only v fest. Has anyone else seen anything about a solo show in australia? I was just about to get v fest tickets, but if they are playing solo i am just going to see them solo.

Anyone got any other information?

Ticketek have announced Pumpkins sideshows for Thursday 27 March - Hordern Pavilion, Sydney and Monday 31 March - Brisbane Convention Centre as well as the already announced Adelaide show with QOTSA. Pre-sale for these new shows begins on Wednesday 27 Feb and goes onsale on Friday 29 Feb.
Friday 4 April - Festival Hall Melbourne, Australia is being sold thru Ticketmaster.
