I sure am. Mostly about the James/D'arcy rigmarole though.

They sure don't like to keep it simple

as long as they're actively making new music, and as long as i have access to it, i'm perfectly happy

Only thing that confused me was the gish boxset iha and Wretzky thing but hey let me read it a lil more

I can't wait. The Smashing Pumpkins are finally starting to sound like the Smashing Pumpkins again, and I can't get enough of the new material. It will be fun to see how it all pans out, I'm sure all the different releases will be a little different and stand on their own but at the same time tie into a larger theme, one of those highly ambiguous ones Billy loves so much. It's nice to see Billy really inspired again, because I know he can continue to write songs that are just as good as any of the older Pumpkins material. Zwan started to hint at that sort of thing, but then imploded. Its been a long time coming...

I think the Pumpkins have taking to a more "rock" feel. Don't get me wrong, I stll love em'. But they sound more haveier then they used to. I wish James was back.
